第四届博鳌国际诗歌奖评选公告
第四届博鳌国际诗歌奖评选公告为繁荣世界诗歌创作，推动中国诗歌的国际化进程，由博鳌国际诗歌节发起，联合多家国内外诗歌机构，决定共同主办第四届“博鳌国际诗歌奖”评选活动。现将具体评选事项公告如下：
一、评选时间：
1、2021年3月21日开始征稿，7月20日截止；
2、2021年8月10日公布初选入围名单；
3、2021年9月公布获奖名单。
二、征稿办法：
1、主办单位推荐；
2、组委会成员推荐；
3、作者自荐（杰出成就奖除外）；
4、推荐、自荐请提供作者2020-2021年度创作的诗歌作品10首，外国作者的作品请提供外文、中文对照。推荐、自荐年度诗集奖的，需提供2020-2021年度用单独书号出版的个人原创诗集（国内、国外出版均可）。作品请发至邮箱：syhn2018@163.com，诗集请寄至：海南省澄迈县大丰镇欧洲风情小镇荣德庄园韩庆成收，电话：13305510766。因评奖需要，诗集请寄6册。
三、奖项设置：
1、杰出成就奖2名。评选对象为世界各国诗坛杰出代表，为本国诗歌、世界诗歌发展做出过重要贡献的诗人；
2、年度诗人奖5名。评选对象为当代世界各国实力诗人，在2020-2021年度创作出能够代表本国诗歌最新成果的作品；
3、年度诗集奖5名。评选对象为世界各国2020-2021年度用单独书号出版，能够代表本国诗歌成就的个人诗集；
4、年度新锐奖5名。评选对象为世界各国在2020-2021年度崭露创作锋芒的青年诗人（1982年1月1日以后出生）；
5、由第四届博鳌国际诗歌奖评委会以投票方式评出各奖项获奖者，评委名单与获奖名单同时公布。
四、颁奖典礼：
2021年适当时间在博鳌亚洲论坛国际会议中心隆重举行颁奖典礼，邀请获奖诗人和国内外著名诗人、批评家、翻译家出席。
五、奖品设置：
1、为全体获奖者颁发奖杯和证书；
2、获奖作品由《世界诗歌》杂志选发。

Selection Announcement of the fourth "Boao International Poetry Award"
In order to promote the prosperity of world poetry creation and promote the internationalization of Chinese poetry, Boao international poetry festival, led by many domestic and foreign poetry institutions, decided to co-host the 4th "Boao international poetry award" competition. The specific selection matters are hereby announced as follows:
I. Selection time:
1. Start soliciting papers on March 21th, 2021, and close on July 20th,;
2. Announce the shortlist of the primary election on August 10th,2021;
3. Winners will be announced on September, 2021.
II. Method of soliciting contributions:
1. Recommendation of the sponsor;
2. Recommendation from members of the organizing committee;
3. Author's recommendation (except Outstanding Achievement Award);
Please provide 10 poems written by the author in 2020-2021, and foreign authors' works in both Chinese and foreign languages. If you recommend others or yourself for the annual poetry anthology award, you need to provide your own original poetry anthology published under a separate book number from 2020 to 2021 (both domestic and foreign publications are allowed).Please send your works to syhn2018@163.com, send poetry anthology to Han Qing Cheng, Rong De manor, European Style town, Da Feng town, Cheng Mai county, Hai Nan province, tel: 13305510766. (For award selection, please send 6 volumes of poetry anthology.)
III. Awards:
1. Two Outstanding Achievement Awards. The selected poets are outstanding representatives of the world poetry, who have made important contributions to the development of their own poetry and world poetry.
2. Five Poets of the Year. The selection of contemporary world powerful poets, can represent the latest achievements of their poetry works in 2020-2021;
3. Five Prizes of Annual Poetry Anthology. The selection is for individual collections of poetry published independently in 2020-2021 in countries around the world that can represent their own countries poetic achievements.
4.Five New Poets of the Year. The selection is made up of young poets from all over the world who have demonstrated their creative edge in 2020-2021. (Born after January 1st, 1982)
5. The 4thBoao International Poetry Award Committee will vote out the winners of each award, and the list of judges and winners will be announced at the same time.
Ⅳ. Award ceremony:
The grand award ceremony will be held at the Boao Forum for Asia International Conference Center at an appropriate time in 2020, inviting award-winning poets and famous poets, critics and translators at home and abroad to attend.
Ⅴ. Prizes:
1. Award trophies and certificates will be given to all winners;
2. The award-winning works were selected and distributed by world poetry.
