或者 包含变成 容纳？
或者 他们变成 它们 ？

不过结合译文的前后文读的话可能无需修改也看得懂 问好大河兄~

感觉这首诗的确需要整体来读，我翻译的时候读原文也是反复体会，才整体弄清楚一些细节。

“包含”这个地方是个难题，目前还没想出更好的方案，既要有一种形象化的描述，又要有抽象的概念。不过原文感觉contain，也没有过多考虑形象化。总之，这个地方还有待于继续思考。

“他们”也是读完全篇后的一个考虑，感觉拟人化比较和谐，加上第一段里还出现一个“你”（“你”反而有物化的趋向，成了可以被包含/囊括/包括/涵盖的东西）。

嗯 这首挺有意思，是要重读才能看懂细节
